What is the difference between the two honey packs?

Both use pure honey. The Royal Jelly pack adds royal jelly from bees, so it tastes smooth and rich. The Panax Ginseng pack adds ginseng root, so it tastes warm and earthy. Pick the taste you like best.

How many sachets should I have in a day?

One sachet a day is enough for most adults. Please follow the directions on the box.

My honey looks thick or grainy. Is it bad?

No, this is normal. Real honey can turn thick when it gets cold. Put the sachet in warm water for a few minutes and it will turn smooth again.
